The amount of diskspace you need can depend on were your target market is. The full property information database is around 730MB, but you don't need the entire database if you only target one or more countires or if you just target a province/state or city. You can load
just a single or group of countries. You can load more later or have then load as needed, they will just load a little slower the first time.

The other required tables use about 7MB of sql space

If you loaded the state of Florida then you would need about 40 MB or storage
